The possibility to organize conferences and seminars, the presence at Business Point area, setting up a Roll-Up, sponsoring the contests or advertising in the Official Catalogue of the exhibition are the most important ways to promote offered by the organizers to those suppliers who could not get a booth at GastroPan.
|1. Business Point | An area on the mezzanine of the exhibition halls, which will give suppliers the opportunity to be present at GastroPan 2016 as an exhibitor without a booth, having a table, two chairs and space for setting up a Roll-Up banner. The organizers will mark the way leading to the Business Point for the visitors.
|2. Setting up a Roll-Up | One of the most advantageous ways of promoting a brand, a product or a service, assuring a visible exposure of a Roll-Up banner during the whole period of time of the event without the presence of a representative of the supplier. Optionally, suppliers can organize a flyer-distributing campaign near the Roll-Up banner.
|3. Sponsoring the contests | As sponsors of the contests organized within GastroPan suppliers can promote their products and services offering prizes such as product packages or sums of money to the winners of the contests. The name of the sponsors as well as the prizes offered will be promoted by announcing through the sound system at the event, and sponsors can display their advertising banners at the prize distribution ceremony according to their sponsoring package.
