Bilanţ GASTROPAN 2012: talentul, tehnologia şi inovaţia la superlativ

Un număr de 14.150 specialişti şi antreprenori din mori, brutării, cofetării, patiserii şi restaurante au vizitat, în perioada 23-25 martie, ediţia a patra a expoziţiei internaţionale GastroPan. Evenimentul a prezentat, la standurile a 107 expozanţi din 16 ţări, o gamă variată de echipamente, ingrediente şi ustensile dedicate sectorului de profil.

BAKERY SECTION [P]

P1 Category: Bread of the year 2012

-         In this category contestants will present different types of bread, along with a sample for tasting;

-         Products in this category must be presented in the competition on FRIDAY, March 23, 2012, between the hours
          8:00 to 9:30.

-         Judging criteria: appearance, shape, core and shell structure, taste, aroma of
          bread, innovation, creativity, traditional character and presentation of the product
          (labeling its composition, arranging table or shelf presentation etc.).

 

P2 Category: Artistic Bakery Work

 

-         Competitors entered in this category will present an artistic piece made out of bread dough made, according to
          the talent and imagination of each competitor;

-         Products in this category must be presented in the competition on FRIDAY, March 23, 2012, between the
          hours 8:00 to 9:30.


-         All the raw materials and ingredients used must be edible and handmade.

-         Judging criteria: creativity (artistic talent) of the author will weigh the most in the jury's decision. The degree of
          difficulty, quality of materials used and the way of presentation are other criteria that must be respected in this
          category.
