Bilanţ GASTROPAN 2012: talentul, tehnologia şi inovaţia la superlativ

Un număr de 14.150 specialişti şi antreprenori din mori, brutării, cofetării, patiserii şi restaurante au vizitat, în perioada 23-25 martie, ediţia a patra a expoziţiei internaţionale GastroPan. Evenimentul a prezentat, la standurile a 107 expozanţi din 16 ţări, o gamă variată de echipamente, ingrediente şi ustensile dedicate sectorului de profil.

G1 Category: Cold Dishes (Cold dish plates for 8-10 persons)

-          This category is dedicated to chefs, who will present in the competition a platter of cold dishes, or a complex
          consisting of several plates, using raw materials approved for consumption and available in the market;

-          This category is dedicated to chefs, who will present in the competition a platter of cold dishes, or a
          complex consisting of several plates, using raw materials approved for consumption and available in the market;

-          Judging criteria: creativity (artistic talent) is the main criteria pursued by the jury.
          The natural appetizing aspect of the dishes and the modern cuisine preparation methods will also count in the jury's decision. Other judging criteria will be the degree of difficulty and the way of presentation;
