If you would like to take part on GastroPan 2012 as an exhibitor you must:

- complete and submit the Quick Application Form below. This way we can book the space you required for a limited period in which you will be contacted to confirm your booking.

- Download from HERE the Standard Application Form, print it, fill it, sign and stamp it, then send it by fax (+40 266 219 392), e-mail ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) or post mail (Str. Izvorului Nr. 13A, 535600 - Odorheiu Secuiesc, Jud. Harghita, ROMANIA). This registration option is equivalent to a firm booking order and automatically guarantees the occupation of the requested space.

IMPORTANT!Early reservations can guarantee a better positioning and visibility of your stand. Stands will be assigned to the exhibitors in the order of the confirmed bookings received.
