Prices 2012

The costs of renting an exhibiting space at GastroPan 2012 consist of the following fees:

  • Unique registration fee - mandatory for each exhibitor, regardless of the rented space;
  • Space rental fee - its value varies depending on the required surface;
  • Additional extra charges- optional, depending on the non-standard equipment required.

 

I.                    Unique registration fee: 50 Euro, without VAT

Registration fee includes publishing the company info in the event’s catalog, marking the company name on fascia board, name tags, invitations, and is compulsory for every exhibitor regardless of the amount of space leased.

II.                  Space rental fee:  (The minimum size of the required space is 6 square meters)

* The content of basic built and arranged stand: three walls, a fascia board, one table and two chairs, carpet, trash, a 150 W bright spot per each 4sqm occupied, a 220 V outlet. Power Consumption included: 1 KW (allows connection of small consumers - laptop, phone charger, etc.)
