PARTICIPATING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I.     REGISTRATION

1.         Exhibitors can attend the event by filling in the REGISTRATION FORM. By sending back the filled and signed Registration Form to our office, the Exhibitor accepts the Terms and Conditions and General Information sections.

2.         Exhibitors have the obligation to fill in the THEMATICS form by pointing out the products about to be exposed.

3.         After receiving the confirmation of the payment, the Organizer announces the Exhibitor that his application has been approved, and the REGISTRATION FORM gains the value of an agreement between the parties.

II.    THE ORGANIZER’S OBLIGATIONS

1.    To insure, in its availability limits, the good development of the exhibition and to sign the necessary agreements with the building’s owner and other service providers.

2.    To fulfill its organizational tasks and to put the agreed exhibiting space at the Exhibitors disposal.

3.    To insure the contents of the participating fees: rental of the exhibiting hall, preparation of the location and stand structure plan, the content of the services requested by the Exhibitors, the event’s development schedule preparation, technical assistance providing, promoting the exhibition in magazines, local newspapers and other media channels, sending invitations by the sector, insuring information/registration service for the visitors, free distribution of exhibition catalogs, covering the costs of professional presentations and demonstrations, the costs of other additional programs and any other organizational expenses.

III.   THE EXHIBITOR’S OBLIGATIONS

1.    To respect the deadlines imposed by the Organizer.

2.    To carry the products/materials to be exhibited on 21 and 22 March 2012, to complete stand arrangement on these days and release the space provided within the deadline (March 21, 2012).

3.    To present exhibits to the visitors and provide promotional materials (leaflets, booklets, price offers, etc.).

4.    Optionally, exhibitors can sign insurance policies for the products displayed, at their own expense.

IV.  PAYMENT CONDITIONS

1.    Participation Fee and any additional costs will be paid by the Exhibitor, in EURO, to Boro-Info Company’s account, respecting the deadline on the invoice and under the terms and conditions from the "General Information" section. Refusing to pay in time the due fees by the Exhibitor will mean the intent to abandon the participation at the event.

2.    The hotel reservations and the payment of the accommodation and meals will be made individually by the exhibitors at the hotel. When you make the reservation please refer to GastroPan, and you will benefit of preferential prices!

V.   RENUNCIATION, COMPLAINTS

1.    If abandoning participation - after registration - a month before the start of the exhibition (February 21, 2012), Boro-Info SRL is entitled to hold 30% of the participation fee and for cancellation with less than a month before the exhibition (after February 21, 2012), or for not taking part to it, it retains 100% of the amount due.

2.         The Exhibitor must inform the Organizer in writing about all his claims arising during the exhibition.
