The largest national exhibition dedicated to the bakery, confectionery and HoReCa industry will open its doors, for the 14th edition, between 17-19 March 2023, in Brașov, Lux Divina center, in 3 exhibition halls: Dacia, Lux Divina and Parc halls, the same location where thousands of specialists in the field met this year. The most innovative solutions and equipment for bakery, pastry, confectionery, ice cream, chocolate, milling and HoReCa will be exhibited in many exhibition stands for three days.
Specialists working in these fields will have the opportunity to see in operation some of the latest automatic lines, multifunctional equipment, ovens and molding machines, as well as accessories to complement them. The ingredients and raw materials are also present in the stands, in products prepared even during the exhibition, and the IT services demonstrate their usefulness for different business sectors, through applications specially developed for the specifics of these businesses.

The event, in its 14th edition, will be held according to the latest international standards in the organization of exhibitions, joining the calendar of relevant European fairs. The three days of the exhibition will host, in addition to the programs held at the exhibition stands, the GastroPan Competitions, recognized for awarding the Bread of the Year and Cake of the Year awards.
