The 14^th edition of international exhibition GastroPan took place between 17-19 March 2023, in Brașov, in Lux Divina center, bringing together demand and supply, suppliers and customers, and allowed complex presentations of products, technologies and services for an interested specialist public. The 3-day exhibition can be considered a scientific-professional event led by suppliers and manufacturers of machinery, raw materials and ingredients, but also new and modern technologies and solutions that can be easily implemented in your own businesses. The only specialized exhibition for the bakery, confectionery and HoReCa industry organized in Romania and one of the largest in South-Eastern Europe, with over 20 years of experience in bringing together global suppliers with market operators and producers, with 13 editions consecutive ones marked by the presence of specialists every year, over a hundred suppliers from the country and abroad who exhibit year after year, but also thousands of visitors annually - of which selected visitors (managers, specialists and decision-makers – 82%).

17-19 March 2023, Brașov – from raw materials to the final product; dough making machines to ovens; quality and innovation are the two key words of a sector such as bakery, pastry, confectionery, HoReCa, which return to the GastroPan exhibition, scheduled for 17-19 March 2023, at Lux Divina center. This event once again confirms its meeting point for professionals in bakery, pastry, confectionery, ice cream, chocolate, milling and HoReCa, but also an opportunity for forming partnerships and discussions for all stakeholders of the supply chains belonging to the food industry.

In the spring of next year, between 17-19 March 2023, Brașov becomes the meeting point between visitors with old and new exhibitors, but also between manufacturers, suppliers of machines, equipment, raw materials, utensils and entrepreneurs of the bakery, confectionery and HoReCa industry. GastroPan exhibition brings together supply and demand, suppliers and customers in a setting that enables complex presentations of products, technologies and services for an interested specialist audience.

The largest national exhibition dedicated to the bakery, confectionery and HoReCa industry will open its doors, for the 14th edition, between 17-19 March 2023, in Brașov, Lux Divina center, in 3 exhibition halls: Dacia, Lux Divina and Parc halls, the same location where thousands of specialists in the field met this year. The most innovative solutions and equipment for bakery, pastry, confectionery, ice cream, chocolate, milling and HoReCa will be exhibited in many exhibition stands for three days.
