GastroPan, the most important specialized exhibition in Romania dedicated to the bakery, pastry, confectionery, gelato, milling, coffee and HoReCa industries, has been the meeting point for professionals who shape the future of taste, innovation and business in the field for over 16 years.

The 2026 edition marks an important moment in the evolution of the event: the exhibition will take place from 19-21 March at the Redal Expo center in Sibiu. Between 27-29 March 2025, the Romanian city, Brașov, once again became the capital of taste, innovation and professional excellence, hosting the 16th edition of the international GastroPan exhibition. The event brought together the main players in the bakery, confectionery, pastry, ice cream, HoReCa and public catering industries, consolidating its status as the most important specialty fair in Romania and one of the most relevant in South-Eastern Europe.
