The GASTRONOMY course is dedicated to qualified chefs representing hotels, pensions, catering companies and restaurants in Romania.
Competitors can participate individually or in teams of up to 4 chefs with a team leader.
Bakeries and confectioneries will show their best in making the best cake which will hold the Cake of the Year title.
