Among the equipment on display will be multi-functional ovens with digital control, ideal for precise and fast cooking of a variety of dishes, professional fryers with advanced oil filtration technologies. MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT FOR GELATERO AND CHOCOLATE SHOPS

Visitors will be able to see a variety of chocolate tempering machines, which ensure a fine texture and perfect gloss of the final product. Chocolate molding and filling equipment will also be on display, allowing the creation of pralines and candies with various fillings with precision and efficiency. Automatic glazing and decorating machines will also be present, demonstrating how spectacular finishes can be achieved in a short time. The ice cream machines will include models with advanced cooling and mixing technologies, which ensure a creamy and homogeneous ice cream consistency. Soft-serve ice cream machines and equipment for sorbets and granitas will complete the offer demonstrating their versatility and efficiency. In addition, essential equipment for product packaging and presentation will also be on display, such as refrigerated display cases and special freezers that keep ice cream at the optimal temperature and present it in an attractive way for customers.

RAW MATERIALS, AUXILIARY AND INGREDIENTS FOR BAKERIES, CONFECTIONERS, HORECA

Essential raw materials such as different types of flour (whole meal, rye, spelled etc.), yeasts and fermentation cultures, mixes, premixes will be on display to show the importance of diversity and quality in bread production. The exhibition will include a wide range of pastry ingredients such as high-quality butters, specialty margarines for pastry, pastry creams, fruit fillings. Confectionery ingredients will include chocolate of various types and qualities (dark, milk, white, ruby), almond paste, hazelnuts and other nuts for pralines and fillings, as well as a wide range of natural flavors and extracts for creams and ganaches. Among the products presented are spices and aromatic herbs of controlled origin, oils and butters, specialized sauces and marinades, as well as semi-prepared products that save time without compromising quality.

Among the presented packaging, there are bags made of paper or perforated plastic, which allow ventilation of the products and avoid the accumulation of moisture.
