GastroPan 2025 is not only an exhibition of equipment, ingredients and solutions for the bakery, confectionery, ice cream and HoReCa industry, but also an event dedicated to the promotion of talent and creativity in this field. During next year's event, an exclusive space will be dedicated to the GALLERY OF EXCEPTIONAL SPECIALISTS FROM ROMANIA. This gallery will be the place where the most talented specialits in Romania will exhibit their modeling and artistic confectionery works, demonstrating the craftsmanship and innovation in the field of confectionery and baking. The aim of the gallery is to bring to the general public those works that define the art of Romanian industry. The exhibition will be a rare opportunity to discover the most impressive creations and get to know better the extraordinary talent in this sector.
Information about participation:
- Participation is free – any passionate specialist (individual, confectioner, pastry-chef, chocolatier, cake master) of the art of beauty can bring an artistic piece made of isomalt, fondant, sugar paste, pastry dough, chocolate etc. which will be exhibited in the specially arranged area of the exhibition
- What works are suitable? – the works with which the specialists have participated in national or international competitions, the creations exhibited at different contests (e.g. weddings) with any theme, but also any other artistic piece that reflects talent and creativity, are welcome. Works that have symbolic career value or new creations inspired by the latest trends in the field can be submitted
- Promotion of the works – all exhibited pieces will benefit from promotion through media channels, on GastroPan's social media pages and in specialist magazines such as Brutarul-Cofetarul and Gastromedia
- Participation – registration will be done until 15 February 2025, in order to reserve a suitable space in the exhibition. After confirmation of participation, all the necessary details regarding the exhibition of the work will be provided
All exhibited pieces will be appreciated by visitors and organizers by offering a GastroPan cup.
